- new Instrument Selection window for faster access to the QuickTime
synth instruments

- several bug fixes to avoid crashes and conflicts with other MIDI
applications and devices when the MIDI Settings window is open

- free and immediate upgrade for licensees of previous versions with
the enclosed Self-Updater tool
