Mathematical Name for the ABBA-BAAB-BAAB-ABBA Sequence?...

I stumbled on the ABBA-BAAB-BAAB-ABBA sequence
(to 16 places) back in the late 1980s to use as a
contour choice ordering algorithm to use to
objectively compare 12TET interval strings, and posted that
here last summer, and somebody noted that the sequence
was already known in mathematics and had a name,
but I didn't write it down and save it. They said it
was mentioned in Stephen Wolfram's A New Kind of Science
book. If anybody knows what that name was I'd appreciate
hearing about it. Thanks.

Thanks very much for the response, Wally,
and Merry Christmas to you! :)
