Douglas Walker, microtonal/xenharmonic composer

Does anyone know the current address (email or otherwise) of the
microtonal composer Douglas Walker?
He used to teach French in Quebec province as well a compose music. I
published a couple of his scores in Xenharmonikon years ago and I
recently got a message from someone who is performing one of his pieces.
