I have been listening to the new Kate Bush and Madonna albums.
(courtesy of LimeWire)

Kate:

Extremely mixed enigmatic bag yet intriguing.

Some parts brilliant; others utter dross.

Merging of sfx with instruments e.g. birdong, laughter, pigeon
cooing .....

Nice idea
Now that's gotta be microtonal to really work.

There's even a song called π.

It requires at least a dozen listenings, just to catch the lyrics.

Madonna:
"Isaac" is refreshingly interesting;
after her mediocre 80's "Dancefloor" regurgitations;

like a call to prayer.

The commercial pop scene here in London is really ready to hear
microtonal music.

It's about time. It's all about time. It's just all about timing;-)

Time to synchronise our tuning.

Time to continue mixing it. Back to the keyboard.
