It's something like this:

fc = 1.0
fm = sqrt(2)

And I think you are playing an Eb augmented chord, but
I'm poor at that sort of thing so don't taunt me too
much that I got it wrong.

Now, having patched it up, I think it is closer to:

fc = 1.405
fm = 1.0

and ampc == ampm, or thereabouts

But that's not quite it, though I do think I'm close.

And I guess it's not really augmented, more like major
but major doesn't seem to match perfectly well... are
just playing using just intervals I assume?

You're being led astray. It isn't an FM timbre.

Ha! It's a 4:5:6 major triad, approximated to 72-equal or
thereabouts. Don't brood on your error, I won't mention it at all
after the handful 100KB attacks I'm planning.
