microtonal composition symposium

Hi gang. Jack Douthett and Chris Shultis at the University of New
Mexico are working to put together a composer's symposium in March of
2007. There is funding to bring in a "big name", so the question is, who
are the big names in microtonal music? Big names do not necessarily
mean good guest composers, though, so alternatively, who would be an
interesting guest composer for a microtonal composition symposium?
