I've written a Java applet that displays the just intonation
five-limit lattice.

Great job!

First suggestion: why not use triangular geometry. Making it
look more like this:

I suppose I could do it that way. Your way certainly makes triads more clear. Basically, the
way I did it is based on how they're pictured in David B. Doty's book, _The Just
Intonation Primer_.
