Artic Labs Midi Music Utilities

Hello - if anyone could please let me know where to obtain a copy of a
program written by Johnson/Balash/Edstrom in 1995 published by Artic
Software: called Midi Music Utilities. It had a sub-program called
Tuning Wrench with which one could re-tune synthesizers to temperaments
of one's own design. Also, if anyone knows of another program that
might accomplish the same result, info would be much appreciated.
