Idris Raghib Bey revisited

I decided to compare his 24-tone scale to a Partch tonality diamond with a factor limit of 125 and prime limit of 13, as well as 612-tone equal temperament. I still agree that Raghib Bey is a type of temperament derived from arithmetic means of string lengths, but I decided to experiment anyway.
