Yes indeed. Every note in the recording, which is
made in a large midi + sampler configuration, is tuned
by means of pitch wheel controls.

No, just choral samples and pitch bend -- and that
recording, which is out of date now, first taught me
that -- surprise -- commercially available
synthesizers and sets of samples are not perfectly
tuned even to equal temperament. The 10-20 cents of
fluctuation can dwarf or exaggerate intentional tuning
changes.

A name for the notion that a keyboard rendition can
use mutating intontation like a chorus or string
ensemble. Wonderful as Bach's music is, it might be
that he is to blame for the untuned path down which
music has travelled since.
