Micro Tuner in Cubase - anyone have info. on file formats?

Working in someone else's PC based studio with Cubase yesterday, I stumbled accross a capability in Cubase called Micro Tuner, which seems to allow users to save the tunings that they concoct.
Does anyone have info. on the file format used for this application, so that I can provide a set of tunings for Cubase users at:
