Microtuned song + surround + mp3 - (LucyTuned of course)

The lyrics to this song were given to me about fifteen years ago, on a late night tube in London, during my train busking days.
The writer was very stoned or drunk yet carried a book of poems with him.
I recorded his lyrics, the chords and melody in my car after we left Earls Court station, and I never seen or heard of/from again.

Maybe he'll crawl outta the tube and demand his royalties one day if he's still alive.

This is a LucyTuned rendition of the song.
Logic 7 Pro + exs + solid electric + 12string guitars + voice. (20 tracks)

Here's the song, in "glorious Technico...." stereo mp3:

Enjoy!

Now all I need is a vocalist, who can get themselves to central London to improve on my voice. ;-)

I also mixed it in 5:1 surround, yet I have failed to figure out how to get the Fraunhofer surround mp3 encoder to encode the six surround .aif files into surround mp3.

Advice please.

That's an astounding performance Charles. What you can do with your silken voice truly amazes me.

Cordially,

this is very nice ... i don't think there's anything
at all wrong with your vocal performance.

That was trippy. It made me think of Pink Floyd in their more laid-back songs. And I heard the LucyTuning kick in with the F minor chord near the end of the each verse.

It's very tubish, and I hear a lot more stoned than drunk myself. I hope you find the guy.

It's fine as is! I couldn't sing this anyway; I'm too American. Though I'd love to be in London in the summertime because it's not Texas.
