This was inspired by Tre-Karadeniz. You can generate this one easily with Scala: 9 pure fifths up, 9 down, 23 wolves.

Another version can be generated as 12 fifths down, 11 fifths up, 18 wolves.

Another question: other than Yamaha's patented keyboard, what other non-generalized 19-tone layouts exist? I've come up with two versions of my own which can be used to play the Pythagorean notes in this scale. I could upload a GIF of it to Files, but if it's exactly like someone else's design, I'd rather not.

The 41-tone keyboard could be built around that matrix.
