One nice example, recently, that I've encountered, are the scores of Ron Nagorcka (which I've enjoyed performing). Ron uses various colors, along with + and - numbers to notate a pretty rich just intonation system in his work. Some of the scores (like Collaruncincla Harmonica, for guitar and two samplers) and the big chamber work we just recorded, Artamidea (didjeridu, guitar, mandolin, clarinet, flute, trombone), are pretty amazing, and worth a look (as are all the others, these are just the two I've played recently). I think Ron is on this list (maybe not), but his notations are worth taking a look at.
