It seems I am not the only one using colors for notation

The opening sentence reads:

<< A colored music notation system and a method of colorizing music
notation using seven colors that are easily distinguishable from one
another, representing the seven unique notes in an octave. >>

Hmmm, would that be 7-ET, or what? ;-)

The 7 nominals are distinguished by color, which is not changed by
the presence of accidentals.

The seven colors are:

<< Assigning colors to the scanned score to generate a colorized
score, the colors being selected from a list comprising, in CMYK
standard format, and with a tolerance of plus or minus ten points in
one or more of the C, M, Y or K attributes: Color 1=0.100.0.0 Color
2=0.52.100.35 Color 3=0.0.0.100 Color 4=13.39.0.0 Color 5=60.0.100.0
Color 6=44.95.0.0 Color 7=100.0.0.0 >>

In RGB format this translates to:
1=255,0,255 (magenta)
2=166,80,0 (chocolate brown)
3=0,0,0 (black)
4=222,156,255 (light violet)
5=102,255,0 (yellow-green)
6=143,13,255 (violet)
7=0,255,255 (cyan)

This is not entirely what I would expect to see, but I guess they've
tried to avoid pairs indistinguishable by those who are partially
color-blind.

Apparently this is intended to be used in play-by-color keyboards.

Ozan, they're using color in exactly opposite to the way you
proposed, and if you wanted to use their colors, you would have to
pay them a royalty. :-(

Fortunately dear George, he has proposed some other means of coloring staff notation that has little to do with temperaments.

Cordially,
Ozan
