interchangeable fretboards on sticks

I have a stick of my own design, with Rankin's fretboard system. They work
great, the action is as good as with a traditional fret design. The way
the system works, if you put it together properly, the fretboard will be
very very even.

is this a chapman stick?
if so, id be very interesded in this interchangable fret system
