The complete "serious" article explaining the Sagittal notation
system, and an expanded TrueType font, are now available.

Thanks to Carl Lumma for doing the PDF conversion.

We decided it was unfair to make folks wait for the article any
longer, as we sent a final version to the Xenharmonikon (XH) journal
at the end of 2003. We checked with XH editor John Chalmers and he
has no problem with us publishing it on the web before it comes out
in XH.

Rest assured there will be many other wonderful articles for you to
enjoy in XH18, when it finally arrives in your mailbox.

***Well, I'll be... and please excuse me for shouting, but I can't
BELIEVE that the big Sagittal paper that has been so long in
development is finally here! Bravo, bravi to the arrowsmith braves!

I was particularly happy to see that the "modified" Sagittal-Wilson,
which I am intent on using myself, was clearly included in the
article. That's great. It makes a lot more sense than the current
Sims-Maneri, even though this is in semi-common usage at present.

So, I'll go out on a limb with my slings and arrows and if I get
complaints from wandering from the straight and narrow with my
arrows, then sobeit!!

Great job!
