Number 39

We have to go all the way down to Number 39 these days to find
something without at least one name, but that's not why I'm picking
on it. It's got a small generator, so it looks like another good
example to study.

What's a good name? "Quartonic" since 36/35 and 250/243 are close to
being quartertones is the best I'm coming up with now. How would the
notation mavens propose to notate it?
