Where in the world... ..is Patrick Ozzard-Low? - A cynical view.

Speculation -
P.O.L. has completely spent his (ill-deserved? - sour grapes;-) grant, and has now moved on to more profitable pastures.

Current affairs comment:
Great result in Spanish elections: "Popular Party" defeated.

Poetic justice and a perfect demonstration of the result to be obtained by attempting to misinform the voters.

Then should I stop fantasizing about progress actually being made in acoustical
instrument design? (For what it's worth, this is one of my lifelong career goals) I
wonder if the Centre for New Musical Instrument Design is still in existence. What did
they do, make two nineteen-tone recorders and throw in the towel? What is that
mess? ...Out of date webpages leave much to be wondered.

Wind instruments look pretty complicated as it is, but it would be
interesting to know what could be done. Would it be possible to add
keys to make obtaining 1/4, 1/6 and 1/12 tones easier for normal humans?
