Mush scale

Here is something I think Paul has been asking for. This will retune
a standard 12-et file, which is assumed to correspond to the standard
meantone Eb-G# range, to TOP tuned pelogic using the transformation I
used for Mysterious Mush. I just retuned the Phil Spector classic "To
Know Know Know Him" using it, and it works. You could even argue it's
an improvement.
