Who composed this?

When I first became interested in tunings , I downloaded from Mp3.com the piece "The Hammered Wind Dance" .
I have lost info about the piece , anybody knows who wrote it?

A quick Google search (doesn't everyone use this?) shows it is Jeff Harrington, a prolific composer. He even has *two* Hammered Wind Dances listed! Go take a look:
