MIDI help

Hello everyone,

allow me to ask a question that has in other forms been asked often, but never with an answer i
could use.

I would like to compose in Finale, with whatever tuning i fancied, using the internal midi sound
card, or my Proteus.

Then i'd like to either make an mp3, or a midi file i could send to the lists, much like Margo's
excellent midi samples.

I have a Mac G4, with whatever midicard/ software that came standard on the machine.

Off-list replies welcome, and i'll recompense any help with beer monies.
