Scale based on Golden Ratio

I like to thank Paul Erlich and John Chalmers for their information regarding
scales related to the Golden Ratio. As promised I have dug up and de-dusted
my own approach to the issue and put it on the Web for those interested in

I'm not sure myself how to handle this scale; it certainly does not lend
itself easily to compositions.
