addendum to controller messages

I should have mentioned that if you play with the controller messages for
tuning: first, as with the pitch-bend, these messages are specific to each
channel and second, unlike pitch-bend, they don't reset when the sequence
has stopped, so you have to reset them when you wanna go back to 1440.
