In the New Grove is a nineteenth century chart for hand horn positions. The
order of sharps and flats is meantone/just rather than
pythagorean/well/equal.

Douglas Leedy, a fine horn player himself, pointed this out to me, as well as
a semi-relatied curiosity in the Berlioz orchestration treatise, where the
concertina also appears to be in meantone.
