Donald and Carl:

Microtonal trumpet ideas that come to me (which you've probably had) are:
Marco Blaauw, 2-bell 1/4 tone trumpeter: marcoblaauw.com
Lois Vierk's Cirrus for 6 trumpets uses enough continuous glissandi to
qualify
Patrick Ozzard-Low as a resource you must already know

Philip Blackburn

Phillip Donald and Carl:
It is my understanding that the dutch school around fokker also had 2 31 tone trumpets with 4
values, but they weren't quite perfected from what i understand. They were stolen at a concert
(?!).
At the end of New Music for 31 tones is listed only one piece by Hans Kox that might have used
these with trombone. there is an egyptian trumpet player thatuses a quarter tone trumpet of which
there are actually out on the market. Miles owned one but don't think he used it live
