Microtuner 1.4.3

I added a new "Harmogram" feature to Max Magic Microtuner
based on Euler's and Barlow's harmonicity functions. The
Harmogram is a little buggy under OS X (Jaguar) maybe. If you
want to test it for me with Panther, here's the URL:
