Carillon bars - don't use aluminum

I read what Darren Burgess wrote about the Carillon tuning experience in a
previous Tuning list, snd wanted to make a comment. If the carillon uses
magnetic transducers as pickups, you can't make the bars out of aluminum.
It's not magnetic. Steel is. Keep at it!
