I recall (though I should check at a store) that keyboards
sold in the middle-east have an extra button for flattenning
the whole keyboard by a quarter-tone. This makes them somewhat
more useful for blending with the other instruments on some
of the more interesting intervals. At least they can sound
"wrong" enough for the tourists. Seems like a cheap,
dumbing-down solution to increase sales of cheesy keyboards.

It is not the whole keyboard but only some keys that are affected. Not
cheesy at all!
