Sorry. Too late at night when I posted that. Try now.

Apparently it was originally in color.

>how about uploading to tuning-files?

No way.

() I don't get a compact url.

() There are always unforeseen problems. For example, at
the moment tuning_files has apparently exceeded its
download bandwidth, or something.

() It's inappropriate to share with folks not on the list.

>how about a format i've heard of?

I've posted pngs here before many times. They open in
any web browser.

"ping" is a great format that's been around for years.
It's supported by every major graphics app. Check it out!

I found it; I just can't make much sense of it. It's a 31-et
keyboard, and I'd like to compare it to what I proposed on my very
first posting to this list.

I'll check, and if no one else has uploaded it I'll put it on tuning-
files.

What's wrong with it's current location? Yahoo sucks so much
ass, I can't fathom why you people like it so much.

Apparently not everyone was able to download from that url.

This is like saying Windows sucks. It may be true, but is it
relevant? Here we happen to be.

Dude, I had a typo in the filename. It's been fixed. Now
everyone in the world with an http client can download this
file!

What are you running? Internet explorer opens pngs since
version 4. Try dragging the file on top of it.

This is bad? Why would they, and why do you want to stop them?

My trusty reference (O'Reilly, Web Design in a Nutshell) says PNGs have been
supported on both Mac and Windows Netscape since version 4.04. On windows
it requires a plug-in called "PNG Live 2.0" to support alpha channel
transparency, but I doubt this is an issue.
