Having not GROKed MOS sufficiently, all I can say is that
my derivation was travelling around the circle of fifths
in order to have contiguous keys for normal modulation.
My comment regarding 'rotation' is that the other proposal
shifted the trek "one to the sharp" where I wanted to have
C major and C minor.
