Also I was told it is an internal feature of some Content electronic
organs.
And it will come out next year in Emagic Logic for the Mac. And it's
licensed to be put in Reaktor soon.
The method is patented, so no free retuning program any time soon
probably.

The company is also responsible for the real time octave tuning in the
MIDI Tuning Standard extensions. The main reason being that it's faster
than the older real time single note change.

In response to the question about tuning in Logic Audio: this octave
tuning message will supported in the future.
