Fokker and training of micro-intervals

I remember that Fokker was mentioned in this list for the development of a
method to practice singing in micro intervals.
Where can I get sound examples from and who could send me references for
the description of his method?

Fokker published a book in English in 1949 called _Just Intonation
and the Combination of Harmonic Diatonic Melodic Groups_.
I wrote a pretty thorough synopsis of it in a Tuning List posting
back around February or March: check the Archives.

I've been MIDI-sequencing the musical examples in the book,
to eventually appear on a webpage on my site. Here are three
of the 4-part examples composed by Jan van Dijk:
