Scala 2.06e

Manuel just released this, and the good news is that it implements
conversion of Scala seq files into midi files which use MTS. The bad
news is that I don't know of any program, including Audio Compositor,
which can handle the results. A midi player with the capacity to deal
with MTS would be nice to have!

Eh? I've used Audio Compositor on scala MTS files...

One uses the bulk dump and the other single note tuning.
The latter is also implemented but there's a bug. Possibly
this bug also affects the bulk dump but maybe nobody encountered
it.
