jicalc and defunct mills ftp

Hi-

There are lots 'o links around the net leading to a fabled ftp site that
has empty directories. Anybody know if the stuff was moved to somewhere?
I'm looking for JICalc, so wuz wondering if anyone knew another site to
download from?
