Massive collection of midi ultilities

I've put the Gnmidi collection into a single zip file, which should
be a lot easier to deal with than what I had to do, which was to
download each file separately.

Guenter Nagler's set of freeware midi ultilities for DOS, which do a
lot of the things his shareware program Gnmidi does. I just discovered
it, and it seems to me a must-have for anyone working with midi.

Thanks Gene. Some I don't need, some I've already got programmed as CAL programs from within Sonar (Cakewalk), but looks like there are a couple that may be of use one day. I'll keep them in the every-growing directories of stuff...
