No, maybe in a future version of Scala. There hasn't been much
demand for this.

You don't, you can use cents, ratios and scale degree numbers.
Another limitation is that you can't have tuning motion of held
pitches.

Aha, I think that's quite a lot of work to do in a general way.
Perhaps you can extend on an existing open source project which has
a score interface?
To integrate with Scala we could at least share file formats where
applicable.

Sure, if you have useful suggestions for extending the Scala
tuning/retuning
function, I'm willing to consider them.
