Microtonal ear training programs?

Other than Scala and other well-known programs, what exists out there that
one can use to practice hearing and recognizing microtonal intervals?

Also, is there a special notation for Partch's 43-tone scale, other than the
Just Intonation symbols in Scala?

Partch preferred to use ratios, but there are other ones you
can use for it, like E118, E152, E183 and E224.
