I am new to the list--I experiment with resophonic guitars--presently I play a small body spider cone cutaway with a bolt on neck and have several different prototypes in progress. I have found that the import cone with a dobro spider produces a well rounded and even guitar---if you want bright with a understated base go with the quarterman cone.
