deleting Tuning Punks pages

I've asked John Starrett to delete the Tuning Punks page as well as
the Tuning Punks "Radio Stations" from mp3.com.

They are all in a sorry state. I'm moving the electronic pieces I
still want on the Web to my *own* site.
