MicroFest 5/9 & 5/11 reportings?

List,

For those of us that were (very unfortunately) unable to make the concerts, could anyone post some reviews/thoughts/pleasantries regarding the recent two nights of concerts? I know that there were list members involved, most notably Bill Alves, and it would be nice to hear about microtonal music that has actually been performed for an appreciative audience.

(I'm going to try like hell to make it to the Just Strings concert this Sunday, but it is going to involved a screaming communte to LA/The Valley from SD after a 2:00 "Madama Butterfly". I hate having to make ends meet...)

Well, son of a bitch. Got a call earlier today asking if I was going to make it up there on *Sunday*, and that kind of stuck in my mind. Instead, the concert *is* on Saturday, and it will be impossible for me to attend, with an 8:00 concert in San Diego to perform.

Balls.

Hope it goes well, I'll send a surrogate...
