I assume that the "12 quartertones" are every-other-tone of a 24tet
constructed on one tone of the 53. I assume the "53 harmonic cyclic
intervals" are just. Thus, the "12" will have the desired quartertonal
quality -- such as it is, in the absence of the 11 remaining 24tet tones --
in relationship to that one tone only.

I can't find much useful from this tuning. Could you be more explicit about
how you use it or intend to use it and what advantages it might have over any
alternatives, for example 72tet?

the 65 note scale is a scale devised by Alain Danielou
as detailed in Music And The Power of Sound:
The Influence of Tuning and Interval on
Consciousness, revised edition 1995, Inner
Traditions, ISBN 0-89281-336-9

Danielou called it a "Scale of Sounds" (53 harmonic
or cyclic intervals + 12 quarter tones = 65 notes to the octave,
66 total)

by system of harmonic proportions & that of a scale of 5ths
a division of the octave into 53 intervals is accomplished...
the addition of 12 quartertones bring the total division to
66 DISTINCT sounds...

"This scale can further be extended up to sixty sounds,
beyond which we are no longer within the field of [usable]
music." To which I add.... anything beyond this is just

I am philosphically In-Opposition to Equal Tempered
Scales ... To me, Equal Tempered Scales are "unnatural" &
smell of Eurocentric mathematics & Capitalistic mass
production/interchangeable parts & "Globalist (Pop) Culture"
in general ...

I prefer the spiciness & "organic purity" of unequal
Just Intonation scales... also the uniqueness & "alien-
ation effect" (Verfremdungseffekt) that these scales
are most capable of.
Prime numbers appear in nature & the Cosmos at large.

Personal conjecture/whimsy: many advanced, peaceful,
non-capitalistic alien species probably have music
based on prime number ratios... not fractional numbers.
