I just do not know what there is available & I have tried to visit the
Microtonal Synthesis website many times but I keep getting
kicked off or "frozen"...

I imagine a sufficiently advanced space alien species
& culture would probably have a scale like this Scale
of Sounds. I think of this as "applied speculative music-
ology."
