Re: GP - Guilty as charged. Been known to tune to open JI but, by and large, when playing electric guitar I
use standard tuning and bend strings to match computer controlled JI drones. I enjoy exploiting and
resolving the beating tones that occur between 12et and
any particular tuning array I've set up. It's an ear and fingers thing ;-). I also sometimes use an old
Casio guitar synth controller that triggers microtonal sample keymaps I've created on my K2000R.
