Possibly my on-line web page here may be of interest for
exploring the varius near approximations to
a cents value as rationals:

You enter the cents values for the scale at the top.
Then the desired prime factors to use in the ratio
- preset to 2 3 5 7 11 so you find all 11 limit ratios.

Then click "find ratios" to find some of the nearby
ratios. To show more of them, select Both (upper and lower)
in the options.
