They still exist, but at some point their domain and email changed - what address are you writing to? (if posting to the list, use the form "name at something dot com" so Yahoo won't truncate the address).

I'll look in my back email and find their most current addresses; I just saw David Doty this last weekend, so if you wrote in the last week he may not have answered...

By the way, I am interested to drive to Greece some time, to give a few concerts and
