Wendellized version of Werckmeister III

Just to add fat to the fire, here is something I just calculated--a
slightly mutated version of Werckmeister III which has "nice" beat
ratios on 11 of its 12 notes.

There seems to be no reason not to use this in place of Werckmeister
if synchronized beating is desired.
