Should anyone be interested I've recently updated my ZeBox site and
there are now 16 pieces up.

The most recent microtonal upload, One Summer Sunday, consists mostly
of little homemade instruments and tape treatments. This is primarily
a quiet music that works best in headphones:

OSS was inspired by Ives' Universe Symphony plan in The Memos and
sound-art groups such as Cranioclast and Soviet France. It's also an
ode to the occult resonance of the natural world and a particular day
in my life when I was a young boy.

Daniel, I liked that. I really liked that.

Now, as a recovering something-or-other only 40 days sober, my nerves
as shot as a kitten in a wood-chipper, who hates TV and flash-cuts,
and shaky-cam, and all movies with shaky-cam, there was *absolutely*
no reason why I should like that.

But I liked it. The images.

The sweet-and-sour plangencies with the mewling basoons of cromulence
at the end.

And the image at the end--it shouldn't have been peaceful, yet it was.

One insane maniac, yer fan, this time,

Caleb
