Hi Kraig,

>what do you mean by 3x5?

A five note scale of three whole steps.

>how is it related to a pentatonic?

Pentatonic is unquestionably somewhat of a misnomer - and this much I knew
before it ever hit the page Perhaps pentad or some other tag/term better
suites such a generalized five note scale

What is a Exterior set?

In this case, a nonlinear/nonfunctional component of the process where the
half step is a negative number

What is a Perimeter Set?
In this case, a linear but nonfunctional component of the process where the
half step is zero

n-tad?

In this case, a generalized scale consisting of two step sizes and one
duplicating (1st4th/5th8th) fourth space

Is it possible to say this in more musical then mathematical terms?

Im sure it is, but I think Im the wrong person to do so It seems as
though every time I try to squeeze in some designation such as pentatonic
(which I used against my better judgment), it only serves to derail the
narrative, like some sort of procedural viremic

Respectfully,
