new Tuning Dictionary page: 2/7-comma meantone

because of my recent intense interest in
and study of 2/7-comma meantone, i've made
a new Tuning Dictionary webpage about it:

it includes a link to the original Italian text
of the relevant chapters from Zarlino's
_le institutione harmoniche_ of 1558.
